Hi – I’m Amber Stevens, your guide and dedicated wellness professional. I believe in the body and mind’s natural ability to heal – if given the right tools and support. Trained as both a massage therapist and holistic health coach, I will help you create a completely personalized road-map to health that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

What’s with the Cairn logo?

I am a rare breed – a Colorado native! – who enjoys anything outdoors…hiking, climbing, rafting, smelling flowers and looking at shapes in the clouds.  If you enjoy the mountains as much as I do, then you’ve seen the Cairns – the stacked rocks – along the path or fields. Usually, these show up, as the trail ends. Why? Cairns are used to mark the path. To show hikers the way. To keep them safe on their journey.

Just like these Cairns, I act as your “Body Guide” to guide your way to health and well-being. I give you the tools, show you the steps and lead you past barriers to your best, balanced life. I do this with empathy, knowledge, and experience. The path may end, but you are boundless….let the Cairns guide your way.

I find inspiration from nature, random acts of kindness, Hippocrates and Dr. Seuss. Oh – and Calvin and Hobbes of course.
